I need some help with the TrueSync software, connection to my Motorola v120e
and the error message when I try to sync. I have just recently purchased
the data kit for the Motorola v120e and couldn't get it to communicate with
my computer. I kept getting the message that the software couldn't
communicate with the phone. In my device manager, the Motorola v.120e
listing has a yellow question mark and I guess I need the USB drivers also.
Could you send them to me via email? Do you think you could tell me where
they are on the Motorola site? When I try to reinstall the drivers, with
the CD present, I get the messge that the info isn't there. I wasted a
whole day on this nonsense! Can someone please give me a clue. Thanks.

TrueSync is often hopeless. I've gotten it to work ONCE, then I never could
get it to work again; always something with the USB drivers.
I just bought Susteen DataPilot, which works better than TrueSync.
You did not state what operating system you are using. Windows '98 SE is
very temperamental about USB and TrueSync.
