I just picked up the motorola c343 and looking to use it on my laptop. Will I need the motorola mobile phone tools software to do this? Or just the cable?
Also any copies of this software floating out there?

I have a USB cable and Motorola Phone Tools program. It is always looking
for my modem to connect to my phone, but my modem has a phone jack, not a
USB connection. How do I get this to work?

Thanks.
