Where can I buy a new phone cheap?

I'm looking to purchase a new i88s but everyone wants an arm and a leg for it, and I don't want to do a 1 or 2 year commitment with Nextel to bring down the price.

Anyone know where I can straight-out buy a new i88s at a good price?

How much is an "arm and a leg"? And what do you expect to pay for it as
"cheap"?

There is one on eBay right now for $60, without SIM. It is new.

I got a new one on ebay for about 80 bucks without the card.
