Subsidy code is Unique to every phone. It is based on a formula based on
your IMEI. You will need get from your carrier, find an unlocker that can do
Motorola over EMAIL/WEB or send to someone.

I have just had a V300 unlocked by http://www.gsmliberty.com/ who
provided a good service (click on their Ebay auction link).  Depending
on exchange rates it's about GBP£16 or £17.

I notice that you want to use your O2 SIM so might want to read my new
post "V300, WAP, GPRS & MMS on O2 (again!)" to see if this might
affect you.

Cheers
