Yes, I'm using the software that came with the V600, Motorola's own mobile
'phone tools.
You can load that and use it as an evaluation for 30 days.

I bought a cheap blue-tooth USB dongle, installed that and hooked it up to
the V600 so that I can now exchange files between my laptop and the phone, I
can also use it as a GPRS dial-up, which is quite good and much better than
my old V50 and the GSM 9600 dial-up.
