Motorola V600 purchased on Ebay

I have learned a costly lesson.

I purchased 2 V600's on Ebay with an IMEI of 000000011234564.

ATTWS needs needs valid IMEI's to program their system so I can send
pictures.

I believe these are invalid ? or not USA IMEI's.

Can someone help me to find the real IMEI's.

Most likely stolen and re-programmed.
