Getting in touch with developers @ Motorola?

Hi,

Does anyone know anyway of getting in touch with software developers
at Motorola? I am interested in creating a Mac OS X version of the
desktop software for the A920/5 phones.

All I really need are the syncing protocols, so I am looking for some
sort of developer manual or something...
