Need recommendations for an external antenna for Motorola T720 GSM.
Cingular managed to place a black hole of signal strength at my home.  Or
if there is something I can do myself with wire, coax, and alligator clip
to the phone even that would be acceptible--anything that makes the
reception a tad stronger.

I forward work calls to the cel when not there and as it stands now when
the phone rings while at home I have to grab it and race to a corner of the
house where reception is slightly more reliable so anything would help.

check with wilson electronics.  i got one of their antennae and the adapter
for my motorola v300 and it adds typically 2 bars to my lousy t-mobile
signal.  i used to have to walk to t he sidewalk in front of my house to use
the phone but with the antenna i can sit in my living room.  at my office
the signal usually went from no service to one or two bars.  now i am
usually 2 or 3 bars.  this has made my life much less stressful.  i am more
mellow about t-mobile now.
