I don't think you can. The best is to have it vibrate first, then ring.

you can actually edit your seems to have it RING AND VIBRATE at the
same time.

here is the hidden function
edit seem 0032_0001
offset 7A
bit 4
check bit 4 and you will see this
"Settings > Ring Styles > Ring Detail > Vibe & Ring"

go here to help you mod your phone
i myself have a v551 and a v400.
