The "CTU" ringer

I know a lot more about 24 than my new phone, but I figured I'd try both
groups... can somebody give me the dumbed-down version of how I can get the
CTU phone ringer from one of the zillion websites I've found it on, into my
Motorola v551? I've downloaded the mp3 and wav versions onto my computer,
but that's where they currently lie.

If you have the mp3 version already, just snip the portion you want as
the ringer and load it. Motorola Phone Tools will let you edit the file
and load it or, if you already have it ready to load, you can use
Bluetooth.

It's the phone ring from the Counter Terrorism Unit from the TV series "24"

Well I was going to send it to you with instructions on how to install
it..... however, as you're smart enough to have discovered time travel and
are posting from four days in the future I figure you're also smart enough
to sort your own problem.
