receiving pictures on Motorola V220

Having just changed to a Motorola V220 handset ( on o2 Network in UK ) , I
have recieved 2 MMS picture messages that have been rec'd as text messages
with links to the o2 website to look at the picture.
Having read the manual & found nothing obvious , can anyone advise if there
is a setting etc that needs altering to enable these pics to be rec'd
directly on the phone . Thanks

I think you have to SEND a pic first - so that their system knows that
you can receive pics yourself.
