I just got a RAZR V3m through new every two, and while I like the phone,
I don't like the idea that I can't both use my excellent Plantronics
wired headset and charge the unit at the same time.  I would think that
I could both charge the phone and use a wired headset if I found a mini
USB hub , then plugged it into the phone.  Then I could plug the
Motorola SYN1505A/ SYN1505 headset adapter into one USB port and run the
wired headset out of that.

Does anyone know if that is possible with the RAZR V3m?

Please respond to the newsgroup......

Maybe you could try looking at Dalco.com or Cyberguys.com to see if they
have what you need.  I know that I've seen a mini-usb splitter at
Cyberguys to allow two people to listen to a mp3 player or cell phone.
Then there is the question of will the software in the phone support a
hub or a usb splitter?  My workaround while I am in the car charging the
phone is to use the speakerphone.  If I keep the phone in my lap the car
noise doesn't get picked up that much.
