Hotmail is webmail only -- it doesn't support POP3/IMAP/SMTP, which
would be required for the email client in a cell phone.

That leaves you with the options of using the cell phone's WAP browser
(through MSN Mobile <http://mobile.msn.com/>), or installing and using
free Opera Mini <http://www.operamini.com/> to access Hotmail Web HTTP.

Google Mail <http://mail.google.com> is an alternative to Hotmail that
does support POP3/IMAP/SMTP access along with WAP and HTTP.
