Please help with this newbie question.

I have a V60p and would like to be able manage the phone book on my
phone using my PC or laptop.  I am looking for software that does
not require me to sync Outlook Contacts, but just let's me use a
simple interface to edit my V60p phone book on my computer screen
directly.

Can anyone recommend a data cable and software for this purpose?
