Thank you! I wasn't going to say anything, but I'm glad someone caught
that! Yes, the only button (singular) button that works is the red, on/off
button.
I've basically given up on it, from what I've read from toher people having
similar problems they point to water/moisture or "overuse" of the keypad. I
had noticed in the last few days that when I would be texting I would be way
ahead of where it was actually typing on the screen and I'm not that fast of
a texter, so it appeared something was messing up then! Maybe I text too
much, but shouldn't the phone be made to handle that?

Did you not notice the wording "if you can get to the settings menu"
Just trying to offer up what may be some solutions to the issue.

Send it back and get a new one and be done with it.

Yeah, just found out I could, wasn't sure it was still under warranty or if
