I was wondering if anyone had problems with H500 Motorola Bluetooth
with this phone.  Mine connects ok and receives calls, etc, but it
doesn't recognize all of the ring tones.  I can change ringtones to
identify certain callers when the bluetooth is not connected, but when
it is connected, I can't change them to what I want, it only gives me
a beep tone.  I would appreciate any comments.

Thanks

The V3 is not capable of doing what you want. Just one ring tone when
connected via Bluetooth.

I see you may have gotten your V3 fixed??

In a way...I have insurance on the phone and they sent me a
refurbished one.  I'm relieved about the ringtones, though.  I thought
one or the other was defective.

Does that also apply to the volume control on the bluetooth?  That
doesn't work either.  I find it odd that the bluetooth worked
perfectly on my nokia phone, but it has "glitches" when attached to a
Motorola.

It should be adjustable at the Bluetooth ear piece. Also, make sure you have
the phone volume turned up when connected to the Bluetooth headset.
Sometimes it defaults to a lower volume for some reason.
It all of that is still no joy, then a volume seem edit would be your next
alternative.
