I just got one on Monday.  I have mixed feelings on it at this time.
Sound quality and voice recognition are pretty good.

We're in a string of 100+ degree (ten and counting here in central
Alabama).  When you sweat as much as I do, the headeset tends to pop
out of your ear since there's no earpiece to hold it.

How does it sound from a listeners perspective? background noise?
Comfortable to wear? Price? I know Motorola sells it for 149 I think....we
plan on having it for less...
