how to charge with pc

I have a 325i phone. When I try to charge it via the USB on my PC
(WinXP) the phone says "unauthorized charger." I tried searching the
Motorola site for information, but didn't see anything. Do I need
specific drivers? How can I charge my phone from my PC's USB cable?

go to this motorola website for the usb drivers.
you have to register but it's free.
search for 'handset usb drivers' and it will be the 1st entry.
