Friends i have motorola handset model no. c116 and i want to sell it
but when i change the sim card it asks for subsidy no. so please help
me my handsets imei no. is 358264000513143

Ask the carrier/service provider who you were/are with for the subsidy code
for the handset and then follow their instructions to remove the lock from
the 'phone.  Your IMEI is no use in getting this code, it's a code on a
Motorola database so it can't be calculated, extracted or guessed.
