If it's like my Krzr, "Delete" is hidden under the Manage menu
choice.

While viewing a picture, here's how I do it on my phone at least:
o Options softbutton
o scroll to Manage, push center button
o within Manage, scroll to Delete, push center button

On the V325 for Verizon it's:

Menu > Get it Now > Get Pix >PIX Gallery then "Options" for each and
choose "erase."

picture. Should be similar on V323, depending on what software the
carrier installed.
