Hello everyone my port is loose on my Razr V3 and doesn't charge very well
if at all. I was wondering if someone could point me to some info to help me
see if I wanted to tackle trying to replace it or not maybe a link on a how
to or something, I have tried to find something but not much luck so far.

Thank you in advance.

_My_ v3 didn't work well in general.

One hack you could try is to take a tiny bit of aluminum foil to the
top of the broad side of the usb connector to fill up some space and
tighten that outer connection.

If it's the in the interior part of the conenctor that's a problem,
that's a much harder thing to solve--no good way to do it without a
new jack and doing that repair won't be any fun with the pitch of
those contacts.   I'm not even sure those can be manually soldered.

All sounds like a great excuse for a new phone.  :-)
