I am assuming the H700 has some kind of current limiting when
charging, so it wouldn't matter what size charger you use for it. I
want to use the fast charger for my KRZR on the headset.   Just wanted
to check in case there is something I need to know.

The fast charger is fine. The headset will only draw what it needs. No
matter how much current is available, the device only draws what it needs.
For example, your wall outlet is attached to a 15 amp circuit. When you plug
in a lamp the light bulb only draws the few amps that it needs even though
more is available.
