From their web site:

"GSM mobile phone tracking system via the GPS-TRACK satellite network
Based on repeater triangulation, the system tracks mobile phones using GPS
and GSM technology"

Doesn't work on Verizon, Sprint, AllTel, or US Cellular  (CDMA).  One more
reason to stay off ATT/Cingular.....

I don't think it really matters.  I've seen sites like this advertised
before which turned out to be nothing but practical jokes.  I suspect
this is no different.

They are collecting phone numbers.  Shows a bogus app with a bogus
map, then zooms in on two people screwing.

It's bogus and may be dangerous....
