Hello, I bought a 2 GB Micro-SD-Chip for my Razr V3i but the phone is unable to format the chip. I guess, 2 GB are to much for my little phone. So, what Chip can I use? I believe 1 GB is the largest your phone can use. The V3i doesn't support 2. Sorry..... The Z6m supports 2GB but not more. I'm using one of them as a modem for my Nokia N800 internet tablet. The v3i does indeed support the 2GB card. I put one in from day one. I didn't format it though, I just put it in and it worked. Later, when I upgraded to a v6MAXX I moved the card with no problems. FWIW, I used a Sandisk card. > "G.
