Just got a new RAZR 2 V8, and ordered a USB cable for it. Will my Phone Tools
work with it, or is Phone Tools only for the original RAZR V3?

I believe that Phone Tools supports a number of Motorola phones.
Whether or not a specific phone is among them is a question best put to
Motorola.
