So much for getting service with a business account

My company with 13 phones has been with Nextel for over a year, and when we
signed on we were told we could change plans at will without extending
contracts. After the fifth or sixth month this was no longer the case. I
spoke to business divisions all over CA, managers, etc., to no avail.

Any time I want to change a rate plan on a phone they say I will have to
sign a new contract for that phone. Just a warning for all of you.

We have 25 Nextels and change plans often withOUT a new or extension of a
contact.
Totally bogus info.

it depends if the CSR extends your contract.  reguardless of what they told
you they have control over doing it or not doing it.

I've change my contract many times and it's never been extended, and I'm not
on a business account.. I only have 2 phones on my personal account.

Can you get me the name and number of someone you have dealt with (business
reps?) because I have exhausted all the business reps in San Diego, and
about 6 CSR's on Nextel's 800 number.

I signed on for a ONE year contract about 3 yrs ago, that ONE year contract
is not up for almost another TWO yrs now..lol

Everytime I changed something they extended the contract and then changed it
to a 2 yr on top of all that.

I am trying to cancel the contract now and not having much luck
