They were as of 1 1/2 years ago when I worked for a dealer. They probably still are then. Lightbridge is good for the carriers in that it focuses on wireless. If someone is a habitual welch, porting from one carrier to another will leaving behind unpaid bills, Lightbridge will be more detailed about it than one of the Big Three CRAs.
