They probably still are then. Lightbridge is good for the carriers in
that it focuses on wireless. If someone is a habitual welch, porting
from one carrier to another will leaving behind unpaid bills,
Lightbridge will be more detailed about it than one of the Big Three CRAs.

If your credit isnt all that good they gonna sign you up anyway but with a
cap on the amount your bill can be each month before they shut your service
down.
