Baud Rate for software HELP!

Hi, im trying to change the baud rate on my i830 to 19200 or somethin
like that because thats what an error message said on the iDen uploade
thing.

When I try to do this in the phone thats not on option, nor is it i
the program..

please help guys.. thank
