My Iden pro v5 is already unlocked but is not working that all, the
problem is when I run the program, it says "pconplus" "host protocols
fails to start" after That, I click "ok" and put the code in the
command line and "submit" then open-select the file "commands.txt" and
try to run it but it displays an error message it says :

" Error Access violation at 0x1021674C(tried to read from 0x00000006),
program terminated." ans stops running.

Some body knows  how to correct this problem????
