I860 ...troubles any ideas??

hey i have a i 860, it worked great, but i dropped it once, hasnt been the
same, the audio goes in and out, sometimes i can hear my friends and
sometimes i cant.........and vice versa.......also have problems with the
mic, but the speaker part works fine, anybody have any ideas???

I'd take it to an official Nextel store, I believe many of them do
repairs. Maybe call them first.
