Jedi,
I'm guessing you're on the west side of the state. There are some network
issues that are being worked on but are frustrating none the less. I
suggest you call into Customer Care and let them know. Get a ticket number
and post it here and I can look into it and provide an update.

I am actually on the east side, Ann Arbor/Detroit area, but I will open
a call and get a ticket number.

I've noticed the same thing off and on this summer... I'm in the
suburbs of Detroit, and depending on the area the signal been real hit
and miss the past few weeks. In some areas that I used to have signal
issues, I'm noticing a better signal, and in other areas the signal
strength seems lower. There's also a lot of road construction going
on in my area this summer, specifically 1 block away, so I'm guessing
it's possible that there's unwanted interference being generated by
the road crew's toys, err, tools...
Currently, my beef with Sprint / Nextel is whoever has been calling my
landline from 888-760-2478. They have called once a day for the past
5 days and there's never anyone there. All I ever hear is a click
when I answer... I even called the number back and heard about the
special promotions they have going on right now, and how I can sit on
hold to speak to a rep.
No, I'm not about to sit on hold for something I don't want. For now,
I've set my server to take any calls from that number and play them a
nice message explaining that they can go peddle their crazy elsewhere,
we're full.
Gotta love those old analog modems with CID and Voice functions... :)
