trying to get a change of responsibility done...can someone help me deal with this?

customer care is and has been completely useless thus far...here's the
thread i started at howardforums that explains everything.  if anyone
has any idea how i can get this damn thing done, please do tell...i'm
on my last nerve with nextel cs...

Here's your problem.

Sprint had a bad habit of taking on "Sub-prime" customers such as yourself.
It led to lower profits due to some people, not necessarily you, not paying
their bills and sticking Sprint with the bills.  This has hurt Nextel
because Sprint totally mismanaged their A/R and are total idiots.
Essentially, the Sprint Masters do not want to take a chance on you.  As
long as you are an ASL accout, you are not their fault if you do not pay
your bill.  Sad fact but Forsee is a f.cking idiot.
