They f.cked me over... I had medical issues and took that, they changed
accounting systems, and to this day they will not fix it, even though their
own notes confirm this.

I need proof. Otherwise, I'm just gonna take this as a really bad joke.

I agree. We need something more that "they robbed me" to make the post
credible at all.

Email me your addresses... show copies of plan and rates before medical
vacation hold.

First of all, it's called Seasonal Standby, schmuck. Secondly, the
accounting systems were changed last year (2002) around February, so it has
been over 18 months now. Thirdly, if you had bothered to ask the correct
questions, you would have found that Seasonal Stanby was never offered as an
alternative to wait out the remainder of your service agreement, hence the
name SEASONAL STANDBY. Seasonal Standby does not take any time off your
service agreement, and until September/October when coming off Seasonal
Standby, you had to either go back on your old plan and use the rest of your
Service Agreement term, or if it was a plan that is no longer offered,
choose a new one with a new service agreement. After October the policy for
Seasonal Standby changed, and you could go back on your old, expired plan
and use up the remainder of your service agreement from where it left off
when you went on Standby. If I am misunderstanding what you were referring
to when you say they will not fix something, which you don't clarify, sorry.
By the way, sorry about the medical issues, but it has nothing to do with
your service agreement.
