I watched the Video already, with Verizon, you have to wait about 10
seconds before the Radio kicks in! Long, isn't it?

With Nextel, you only have to wait 1-2 seconds before you hear a churp,
for the majority of the time, you only need to wait 1 second to hear a
Churp and Talk.

Any Nationwide Direct Connect junkies here? Anyone tried Nationwide
Direct Connect?

Understand. Netxtel is the only carrier licensing the IDEN technology from
motorola. IDEN technology is the only technology able to bring you the
efficiency and immediacy of direct connect that nextel offers. dont believe
the hype. No other carrier will be able to reproduce what nextel direct
connect does unless they license the technology from motorola like nextel
has done.
