quick question.

How do I find out what version of s/w my i730 is current on?

Press the following 4 buttons: #, *, "menu", and then the right
arrow/direction on the 4-way "D-pad" (the one with the "OK" button in the
middle). You need to press the sequence quickly and without pausing,
ignoring the screen while doing so. When the sequence is entered correctly
you will be taken to the "Trace Mode" screen. The 1st option should be "Unit
Info", if this is highlighted press "OK" (or "View" if it displays this
option). Scroll down to "Software" and again press "OK". The 1st item should
be the software version. It will look something like this: R00.00.00
(numbers, of course, will vary by version). However, at this time, I believe
there is only one software version for the i730 as it only recently came
out.
