ive been with nextel for a while now and it seems like the service is
getting worse not better. im a constrution worker in the tri-state area and
all of my co workers are saying the same. i think nextel is putting all its
profits into advertising and not reinvesting back into the network. anyone
else notice this.

tri-state- do you mean NY-NJ-Conn????

I have noticed just the opposite-
Service here in lower westchester and da bronx has greatly improved.

One of my customers buildings just installed a new Nextel site- Greatly
improved my general coverage of my main work area.

I have a friend that has done the electric work for sites, he usually has
done 2 a month.
Biggest probelm is the local municaplaities in Westchster with a ban on
building new sites on county or local property. Companies need to locate
privtae land to build on and then still need permits and permission to build
from the local towns/villages, etc..
