Does the simm actually control the phone subscription and log minutes used?

Does a hack exist for the simm as it does for DTV and Dish net access cards?
In otherwords has the netel chip been hacked so that you can edit or change
the data on the chip in an encoded area of the chip?

Just curious. Thanks

Looks like a plug to make himself some money.

I think what this question was about is how to go about doing it yourself.

you best check yaself...i in no way support or condone any illega
activities especially in regards to the stealing of service! i als
never said i was trying to make a plug...the question was if a hac
existed which i provided to show that it was possible to do. i DO NO
know how this is done but know it is possible which is what was aske
in the first place.
