I updated the software on my i95cl to the latest version (. 05 i think) and
it sucks. I want to downgrade back to .04 or possibly .01..but, I can't get
iden update to work. When I launch the application i get 'This page cannot
be displayed blah blah'. I meet all the system requirements and It use to
work..not sure what happened..any ideas/suggestions as to what to look into
that might be causing this?

I had this problem before and followed the instructions I found on a
forum.If you have Windows XP,they are as follows;
1.Go to START
2.Click on; My Computer
3.Click on your system drive,usually,is C.
4.Click on; Windows
5.Click on; system32
6.Click on; drivers
7.Click on; etc
8.Click on;hosts
When you click on HOSTS,WinXP is gonna ask you a program to open this file
up,choose NOTEPAD.Once is opened, scroll through it and make sure there is no
line that reads
idenupdate.motorola.com
If you find it,take your cursor inside the NOTEPAD viewer, highlight the
idenupdate.motorola.com line and erase it.Once you erase it make sure you
SAVE the file and then close it.
Hope this helps.

did you do what Gilberto said?? the other thing that you might hav
problems with is if you have the offline webjal loader. both idenupdat
and webjal can't work at the same time. go to nextelmodz.com and in th
tutorial section there is a patcher to go between idenupdate an
webjal

The only thing I can suggest to you is to go ahead and uninstall webJal and
iDen update. Then go ahead and re download iDenupdate first, then webJal.At
this point,go back and make sure iDenupdate doesn`t have that line, and re
install webJal.This is what I did and had have not problems since.Good Luck.
