I have a TELUS i730 which has started rebooting every few hours, most of
the time when it's sitting on my desk charging, but it has rebooted a
couple times when I was out and it was on my belt.

Have I missed anything in the configuration options that could be
causing this or should I be sending it for warranty repair?

FWIW, I've already manually rebooted, and done a master reset without
any luck.

I have just been through SIX phones doing exactly the same thing.

Hope you're within the thirty day return period! :-(

Nope, 6-7 months... Within the warranty though, and the dealer I usually
use is good about loaners (and I've got several of my own)
