I just talked to a boost guy on the phone and he said although the
phones are the same I can't use my Nextel phone with boost.
True?
I have an I90c, and I am leaving Nextel{ moved, not with company
anymore, phone is mine}. I wish to get in on Boost, just to stay in
touch with the few PTT contacts I have. So I considered Boost. But I
see no reason to purchase another phone when they offer the same one!
If I read this right the PTT with boost is cost effective in that you
are only charged when you use it. So If I use it 5 on 5 days a month,
I am only charged for those 5 days?
Confused, I am.
Any information would be greatly appraciated!

it was explained to me this way.
Boost is allowed a range of phones from Motorola by s/n to work on Nextel.
you would at a minimum have to buy a SIM card and by the time you go that
route and get it. for a few dollars more you might as well get a NEW phone
