As if it wasn't bad enough they were charging for Detailed billing $.99 per
month the started charging customers for Voice mail and caller ID on select
rate plans below $59.99 per month.

At first the services were $1.00 per month extra

Then about 6 weeks ago it went to $2.00 per month

Effective today it will be $2.99 per month per service on their next
invoice.

AND NO THEY WILL NOT BE GRANDFATHERING IN OLD ACCOUNTS.

As if the Taxes and addtional sur charges weren't crazy enough now they are
really jacking up the ARPU.
