What's the specification of the wallpaper for the Nokia 7250i? eg format,
size etc...

Err, what about it? If you mean portrait or landscape, the images need to
be 128x128 which is square.

If you mean the portrait format images taken by the camera for the
phonebook, these are 80x96 pixels.
