how can i upgarde my nokis 6310i any one can help

i have eprom tools from the above site

i have good know about coputer hardware but not about mobiles.

You're going to need a bit more than that. You need a decent flashing
solution (Twister, JAF, Griffin etc.) to flash the firmware f DCT4 handsets.
