My mate has a 6230 which he says he put a password on the mmc card which he
installed in it using the phone.
Is this possible or is he just a fool.
He says it wont read on his pc card reader either.
How do i remove the password to stop my mate bugging me.

Cheers

I'm pretty sure you can password protect an MMC card for use in the
'phone by using the 'phone.  But you would have to see your manual for
instructions.

All you have to do is use the 'phone to remove the password - then it
should be useable in other devices supporting MMC.

The problem is, the card has been protected and he cant remember the
password.
To turn the password of, you need the old one i am assuming, or is there
another way?
