Hi
Just bought a 6230 off Ebay and found that there are no folders(Music,
Graphics, Pictures ect..) in the Gallery menu. I'ved tried adding folders
via the phones menu and by using PC Nokia suite but to no avail. I can
access my 32Mb memory card and add folders to the memory card. However the
camera and the Music player will not work without these folders. I can get
the camera to work if I set the folder for it to save to in my memory card.
However I cant do this with the Music player.
Any help or advice much appreciated.

Since this is a Series 40 phone (no Symbian), you'll not be able to
format it like the other poster suggested. The #7370# code just resets
the phone to factory settings.

The best way for you to get everything back working the way it should
work, is by bringing your phone to a Nokia Service Point, where
they'll reflash your software, or put newer software on it, if it's an
older software release..

Since your phone isn't young any more, they'll probably charge you a
small fee, because it's no longer under warranty.

Best regards,
