How to *completely* uninstall PC suite..?

I had PC Suite 4.88 installed for my Nokia 6310i but got fed up with it
and uninstalled it, or so I thought.

I ran the uninstall utility, and for good measure manually deleted the
folders in Program Files, but every day at least once (sometimes twice) I
get an alert from Norton Personal Firewall saying that there is a file
missing from my startup group, and offers to delete it. I do this and next
day, it's back again..!

The registry entry is as follows:

Root: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Value: Nokia Tray Application
Data: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\NCLTools\NcITray.exe

I've even manually erased the above from the registry, but next day it's
back again..!

How the **** can I get rid of this once and for all..?!

Didn't work. The utility ran ok and said it had deleted everything, but
today I still got an alert that a startup file PCtray.exe was missing.
