I have the Nokia 6010 and am trying to find out how to use the iRDA to
install a ringtone on the device.  Any help is appreciated.

The website only refers to Bluetooth for the Nokia 6010.  It appears it
does not have iRDA.

I found out it appears it requires a hack to connect a cable to it.

Then it wouldn't be irda..

Here is what Nokia just told me:

"the Nokia 6010 phone is not a data capable mobile phone. This means
that there is no way to connect it to a PC. It does not support the use
of PC Suite and there is no compatible data cable.

The Nokia 6010 phone was not designed to support data connectivity. If
you wish to purchase a mobile phone that does support data connectivity
you will want to contact your service provider first to see what mobile
phones they can offer you in your area. Once you have a list of
supported mobile phones you can check their features on
www.nokiausa.com to see if they offer PC Suite for connectivity.

If you have any additional questions, please contact us."
