6236i vs picture caller ID

I received 3 6236i's as part of a family plan phoen upgrade. But I can not
for the life of me get picture caller Id to work. The Verizon manual even
has a spearate page to explain it, but it won't work.

Has anyone found out how to get this to work?

on all my phone's I have gone into the contact and added a photo there.

Unfortunately I have no experience of your hand set.

I have no problme adding a photo to a contact. The problem is that the
image only shows up when I'm viewing the contact. not when that contact
calls me.

That's what I thought picture caller ID was supposed to mean.
