Hi All,

Is it possible to unlock my mobile which is a Nokia 6680. Can someone tell
me where I can get the unlocking codes from or do I need a cable and some
software to unlock this phone..

Thanks in Advance,

Not a chance with code calculators or a cabled solution.  If it was provided
by Voda there is a possibility it can be unlocked remotely, but failing that
you'll heve to get the unlock codes from the network operator.

It is provided by Vodafone... how could I unlock it remotely?
Never heard of that way before.

You need to find an unlocker with access to the Voda unlock calculator.
Colin at www.remoteunlocker.com used to do it I believe, but I'm not sure if
he still does, nor if the 6680 is supported.

FFS check links you're going to post before offering advice!

There is NO current calculator (nor any in the pipeline) that can unlock BB5
handsets.  However, the one you've posted has long claimed to be able to
unlock the 6630 - it can't though.

Thanks for the website, Richard. They can unlock the 6680 but it will cost
me £40 to do it... I am just wondering is it really worth it?

Only you can decide that.  Bear in mind that once you're out of the minimum
length of contract with Voda that they will provide the code FOC if you ask
them.
