Help required to make my 6100 work as a modem

Hi,
I have just bought a DKU-5 cable and installed the driver for the
cable. Windows is showing up the the cable in com ports(as COM3). But I
am not able to go forward from here. I connected my phone, but windows
didn't prompt me for anything. Nokia PC suite doesn't connect to my
phone and I am not able to install it as a modem. I am clueless. Please
help.

Have you gone into your control panel on your PC and clicked on new modem ?
